Guangxi Xinlong Petroleum Co Ltd In 1996, the Elpiji Group teamed up with Oceanic Investment and Guangxi Guilian City Gas Company and completed the construction of a 2,000 metric ton storage capacity LPG terminal in Beihai, the major port of Guangxi province in China.
